This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

I celebrated my birthday here and the food and service were fantastic. Loved the Cantonese Roast Duck, Pork Belly two ways, garlicky greens, noodles, fish sauce chicken wings, and dessert. I'm definitely coming here again.

The name alone is enough to catch the attention of any passerby, but once you learn a bit more about this place, you'll definitely want to stop in and try the food. We did, and it was absolutely delicious! We ordered the famous Cantonese Roast Duck, bao buns with hoisin sesame paste, OG Charsiu noodles, and garlic greens with jasmine rice. The Cantonese Roast duck paired with the bao buns is an absolute must-have. The noodles were incredibly flavorful with a smokiness that I really enjoyed. We only got the garlic greens and jasmine rice because they came highly recommended, but they weren't really our thing. I rounded out my dinner with a nice glass of Umbriasonwhite wine. The service was excellent. Pro tip: if you're coming for dinner, make a reservation for a table because they fill up fast. They have very little room for walk-ins.

The food is authentic and amazing. Service is a let down. We’ve been going for several years now and go about once a month. My girl loves the boneless duck with plum sauce. It’s Smokey and crisp, full of flavor from the crispy skin. I like the bbq pork char siu , it’s really tender with just the right level of sweetness. Sticky rice scrumptious and duck noodles always has good texture and flavor. Finally the roasted port is dazzling, crispy skin and so tender and juicy. We usually go with the grandmas and my daughter so need a table for five or six. Really is it that much trouble??!! Where is the basic hospitality? Getting a tea refill or a fork isn’t that much trouble. We are not demanding but I shouldnt have to feel like an unwelcome guest after spending 250 and then having to push 20% for a tip. (Sigh). I just hope they improve.

After many years of eating my friend's leftover from this shop (and dreaming of having a full experience), I got a chance to eat roast duck, BBQ pork and pork belly at the restaurant. Back then I already enjoyed the food so much, and I now enjoyed it all the more. We two people ended up devouring the mixed plate and 1/2 duck! That's how good they are. My friend loves the plum sauce so much that he need to look it up. I myself likes all the sauce. I like how the food came out with nicely without crazy amount of grease. We made a joke that this duck goes to gym. That's why it is quite lean lol. In any event, the food here is awesome. It will be pricier that a typical Chinese restaurant, but please pay to get the delicious food that is high quality, at least once in a while :) UPDATE 2026/6: We went there again and it is still delicious!

Popular dishes includes GDY Cantonese Roast Duck: The signature dish, served with duck au jus and plum sauce. Crispy Skin Pork Belly: A whole pound of pork belly with crackling skin. Honey Glazed Barbecue Pork (Char Siu): Sweet, bite-sized pork collar. Garlic Greens: A popular vegetarian side of stir-fried seasonal greens. Good Ducking Noodles: Wok-fried egg noodles with tender duck chunks and duck au jus The food is yummy. The noidle us a bit greesy.
